Outstanding in every respect! Our room was especially comfortable; great bed, large bathroom, comfortable seating area (though small). Breakfast was especially good with great selections and service. Juan, who is a combination bellman/greeter/concierge was amazing - kind, helpful, anxious to assist on any way, a top notch representative for the property. Location is just about perfect, too - A short walk to Plaza de Armas, restaurants, and several key tourist sites. We stayed for 4 nights and hope to call there again on a trip to explore Colca Canyon.

The hotel is located in a gorgeous old building, with most of the rooms in a newer part of the hotel. Our room was large, with a truly massive and comfortable bed. The shower was warm, though a bit cramped. The bathroom itself was large with plenty of space. The Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff was very friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of the main square and a large amount of excellent restaurants.

Kornelis

The courtyard with the metal trees. Oscar, one of the breakfast waiters, was keen for us to try all of the Peruvian goodies on the elaborate breakfast buffet. These goodies ranged from tuno (red prickly pear) to raw honey from the comb. My favourite was the adobo (slow cooked pork belly with a spicy and tangy adobo sauce.)

Laura

All the staff is very helpful and corresponds to what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The courtyard and the covered patio are realy nice. The restaurant is good.

Elie

the location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops and historic sites. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The personnel was very courteous .
